The Evergreen Mortgage Team is excited to announce new services available online to account holders who have a mortgage loan with us. 

In early April we are upgrading our online mortgage functions by converting to a new, more robust online platform. The new platform will: 

  • Expand our mortgage loan products, information, and opportunities for our members  
  • Automate and streamline system processes related to servicing mortgages  
  • Facilitate compliance functions we must perform to our mortgage portfolio

  • Automatic mortgage payments will be seamlessly converted into our new platform.
    • No action is required by you.
    • While we do not anticipate any challenges during the conversion, an Evergreen Mortgage Team Member will reach out to you directly by phone if any issues arise. 
    • If you are a member with payments coming from other institutions, you should have already been contacted by our Mortgage Team. Please reach out to us if you have questions.
  • The conversion will take place from 4:00pm on Sunday, April 2nd through Tuesday, April 4th. During this time:
    • No mortgage payments will be able to post to a mortgage loan.
    • Your mortgage loan will NOT be viewable within Online or Mobile Banking.
  • Once our new platform is live, your mortgage will be visible via Online and Mobile Banking once again.
    • Your mortgage will be temporarily named, “FICS Loan.”
    • This name will later be changed to “Mortgage Loan.”
  • Credit bureau reporting will be updated to show that your mortgage has been transferred to a new online platform. Not to worry, this is expected when there is a change of this nature to a mortgage. This will NOT impact your credit score and there will be NO charge. When converted to the new platform, your mortgage will remain with Evergreen in every way, including servicing.
  • Your mortgage statement will now be separated from the general Evergreen monthly statement you normally receive early each month. Your mortgage statement will arrive by email (if you have opted in to receive e-Statements) or mail at approximately the same time.
  • Mortgage escrow accounts will no longer appear as “Escrow Club Accounts” in Online Banking and monthly statements. The portion of payments going to escrow can be viewed in the Mortgage Center and in the annual Escrow Analysis. 

What isn’t changing? We will remain the same great Team ready to serve your mortgage needs, with the same local servicing! If you have an escrow account for your mortgage, we will continue to pay all items the escrow account was established to pay.
