ECU Grows with New Leadership in South Portland
Evergreen Credit Union has hired Serena Carr as AVP, Branch Manager at their South Portland location on Broadway.
Carr brings 12 years of banking experience from multiple financial service institutions, where she worked frontline and operations leadership roles. “This background has shaped who I am professionally by giving me a strong foundation adaptability in the member-focused mindset that I bring to my current role every day,” said Carr.
Since starting in late February, Carr has been focused on settling into Evergreen’s dynamic member service experience and becoming familiar with her team and the South Portland community.
When it comes to Evergreen’s fast-growing team, their leadership looks for hardworking, community-driven individuals like Carr. “It’s important that we have people working at Evergreen who love what they do,” said Jason Lindstrom, Evergreen’s President/CEO. “We look for leaders, like Serena, who are ready to positively impact their teams.”
